Features

  • Premium Sealing Technology: The valve seat and gate faces are built-up using iron-base alloys or Cobalt-base hard alloys (Stellite). This welding process creates a surface that is exceptionally wear-resistant, thermostable, and anti-corrosive, significantly extending service life.
  • Flexible Wedge Structure: The gate is designed with a wedge-type flexible structure. For medium and large-caliber valves, thrust bearings are integrated to ensure the handwheel operates smoothly, allowing for easy opening and closing without excessive force.
  • Advanced Stem Treatment: The valve stem undergoes quenching and nitriding treatments. This process provides the stem with superior surface hardness, scratch resistance, and protection against atmospheric corrosion.
